Winemaker Dinner

  • 1/15 Surf Road Cronulla 2230 Australia (map)

Date: Thursday 7 August 2025

Time: From 6:45 pm

Guest Winemaker: Canoso

Nestled in the volcanic hills of Monteforte d’Alpone in the Soave Classico region of Veneto, Italy, Canoso has been crafting expressive, mineral-driven wines since 1876. With a minimalist, eco-sustainable approach, they farm 12 ha of Garganega, Trebbiano, Manzoni Bianco, and select reds, all with no animal products in the cellar. Under the guidance of Massimo Meneghello and a team with international experience, they blend tradition with modern techniques, producing around 90,000 bottles annually . Expect insight into their volcanic terroir, sustainable practices, and their beloved Soave, Valpolicella, Amarone, and Recioto wines.
