AMENDING & CANCELLATION POLICY –
NON-SPECIAL EVENT DAYS:
Credit card details are required to guarantee all reservations at Pino’s.
A cancellation fee of $50 per person will apply if you cancel your reservation or reduce the number of guests within 24 hours of your booking.
Reservations will be held for 15 minutes from the scheduled booking time. If we do not receive any communication from you within this period, the booking may be released, amended, or marked as a no-show in line with our cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel or amend your reservation, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY (Big Groups *not included special or private events):
Cancellations, date changes, or reductions in guest numbers made within 48 hours of the booking will incur a charge equal to the full value of the agreed menu or function.
