Physical Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Physical Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue, in accordance with NSW Fair Trading regulations. The expiry date is printed on the voucher. Once expired, the voucher cannot be redeemed. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. They cannot be resold, bartered, or reproduced in any form. Any unauthorised reproduction or sale of a gift voucher is strictly prohibited.

Gift Vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption. They should be treated as cash. Pino’s Vino e Cucina al Mare is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers and will not replace them. Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed at Pino’s Vino e Cucina al Mare and cannot be used for online purchases or third-party services unless otherwise specified.

Gift Vouchers are not valid for special events, ticketed events, promotional events, set menu events such as Valentine’s Day, Melbourne Cup, New Year’s Eve, or any event where a mandatory event menu applies, unless expressly stated otherwise by management.

Gift Vouchers are single-use only. The full value of the voucher must be redeemed in one transaction. Any unused balance will be forfeited. No credit or refund will be provided for any remaining amount. If the total bill exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer using another accepted payment method.

Physical Gift Vouchers are available for purchase with no maximum value limit, however management reserves the right to refuse or limit purchases at its discretion.

Pino’s Vino e Cucina al Mare reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions in line with current consumer protection laws. Any changes will comply with applicable legal requirements.
