We love truffle season here at Pino's al Mare, and this winter we're celebrating it with a one-night-only Truffle Dinner.
Head Chef Cristiano Patacca has created a special set menu inspired by one of Italy's most celebrated ingredients. Every course showcases fresh black truffle, with each dish thoughtfully balanced to let the ingredient shine without overwhelming the plate.
Like all great Italian meals, the menu is designed to be shared around the table.
You'll also have the option to enjoy matched wines with each course, or simply order by the glass or bottle on the night.
A Note from Executive Chef Cristiano Patacca
"Truffles have always been a big part of my life. Part of my family is from Umbria in central Italy, and some of my uncles have trained truffle dogs. As a child, I'd go truffle hunting with them, so truffles were always part of our family table.
Every truffle season brings back those memories. That's what inspired this menu. We've kept each dish simple and balanced, just as they're enjoyed in central Italy, allowing the truffle to be the star."
