Winemaker Dinner

  • 1/15 Surf Road Cronulla 2230 Australia (map)

Date: Thursday 9th October 2025

Time: From 6:45 pm

Guest Winemaker: McHenry Hohnen

From the pristine Margaret River region of Western Australia, McHenry Hohnen has built a reputation for expressive, site-driven wines crafted with biodynamic principles and deep respect for terroir. Founded in 2004, the winery is led by viticulturist Murray McHenry and winemaker Jacopo Dalli Cani, who bring a focus on single-vineyard character, minimal intervention, and purity of fruit. With a strong philosophy of sustainability and craftsmanship, McHenry Hohnen produces wines that capture the essence of Margaret River’s coastal climate and diverse soils.

Expect insights into biodynamic viticulture, the nuances of their Chardonnay vineyards, and a rare opportunity to explore Bordeaux varietals from one of Australia’s most admired producers.
